Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Define & drive IT procurement strategy (hardware, software, cloud, consulting).
Lead vendor sourcing, RFx, evaluation & contract negotiations.
Manage contracts, SLAs, compliance (GDPR, licensing, governance).
Build & mentor team, monitor vendor performance & cost optimization.
Collaborate with IT, finance, legal & operations for strategic alignment.

Qualifications

Graduate in Supply Chain / Business / IT (MBA preferred).
4+ years in procurement.
Strong in negotiation, vendor management, IT contracts.
Hands-on with procurement ERP / e-sourcing tools.

Skills

IT ecosystems (hardware, cloud, SaaS, MSPs).
Contract drafting, SLAs, TCO analysis.
Leadership, stakeholder management, compliance mindset.
