Position: Inside Sales Head :


Overview: V2Solutions is seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Inside Sales to lead, scale, and transform our inside sales organization. With over 15 years of experience in IT services and technology sales, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building high-performing, data-driven sales teams, implement modern sales processes, and drive consistent revenue growth across enterprise and mid-market segments. This role will play a critical part in shaping the go-to-market strategy, aligning with marketing, delivery, and executive leadership, and serving as a key contributor to our business expansion efforts globally.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy, Execution & Enablement

  • Define and execute inside sales strategies aligned with company revenue goals.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to inform sales planning and forecasting.
  • Work with marketing, solution, and competency teams to align lead generation, content, and campaigns.
  • Implement and manage sales technologies including CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), enablement (Outreach, Salesloft, Saleshandy), and lead intelligence platforms (ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, Lead411, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Drive adoption of consultative and solution-based selling methodologies to engage CXO-level buyers. Team Leadership & Talent Development
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of inside sales and sales development representatives.
  • Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Establish and manage KPIs, OKRs, and compensation structures to drive performance.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, and training to improve outcomes.
  • Drive hiring, onboarding, and upskilling of sales talent for scale. Enterprise & International Sales Growth
  • Orchestrate and manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Develop strategies to expand into new verticals, regions, and customer segments.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects, key accounts, and long-term clients.
  • Manage international lead flows and multi-region sales teams or partners, where applicable.
  • Maintain high win rates by deeply understanding client pain points, technical requirements, and business outcomes. Performance Analytics & Process Optimization
  • Track and analyze sales funnel metrics, win/loss trends, and rep performance dashboards.
  • Establish forecasting frameworks and pipeline health benchmarks.
  • Recommend and implement continuous improvement based on data and market insights.
  • Use data to inform resource planning, quota setting, and territory management. Brand Representation & Market Insight
  • Contribute to market intelligence by tracking competitive shifts, buyer behavior, and evolving client priorities.
  • Collaborate on content creation and client success storytelling to enhance brand credibility.
  • Partner with marketing and branding teams to elevate V2s presence in the IT services space. Required Qualifications Experience:
  • 15+ years of inside sales and business development experience, with at least 710 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven success in IT services, enterprise technology, or B2B sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale sales teams in competitive markets.
  • Experience managing high-velocity and complex, consultative sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with international sales operations and multi-region team management. Skills and Competencies:
  • Deep knowledge of the IT services ecosystem (cloud, digital engineering, data, Salesforce, AI/ML).
  • Expertise in enterprise B2B sales and complex deal negotiation.
  • Excellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and sales tools (Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lead411, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

Location: Remote/Hybrid
