Project Manager C&P Business & Technology Centre (BTC)
We seek a confident and driven Project Manager to support our global program across multiple countries, workstreams, and business units. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective project delivery, governance, and risk management in collaboration with business and workstream leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Support integrated program delivery and governance.
Establish and maintain project management standards and frameworks.
Facilitate meetings, manage documentation, dashboards, and reports.
Define and develop analytics and MI requirements to drive transformation.
Conduct reviews, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
Required Skills:
Around 10 years in project management, PMO, or business transformation in global matrix organizations.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with project management tools (e.g., MPP) preferred.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Core Competencies:
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
