We re hiring a MERN Stack Developer to join our Lithium team at Grazitti Interactive. In this full-stack role, you ll design and develop modern, scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
You ll work closely with global clients, turning complex requirements into clean, efficient code. If you enjoy solving real-world problems and building impactful digital solutions, this is your opportunity to grow with a team that values innovation and performance.
Key Skills
- 3 5 years of experience in React and Node.js.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with REST APIs, MongoDB, and MySQL/PostgreSQL.
- Strong Git version control and branching experience.
- Ability to write modular, reusable, and testable code.
- Familiarity with automation testing tools like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Clear understanding of performance optimization techniques.
- Good communication skills for direct client interaction.
- Exposure to Salesforce and online community platforms (Khoros, Vanilla, HigherLogic, Gainsight) is a plus.
- Experience in product-based environments is an advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build full-stack applications using the MERN stack.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to translate UI/UX into functional software.
- Implement responsive front-end components and scalable back-end services.
- Integrate APIs and third-party tools as needed.
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and peer feedback.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing and documentation.
- Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications.
- Adhere to internal QMS and ISMS processes for quality and security compliance.
