Job Description

Software Engineer / Software Engineer with proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join our MST team This role requires strong technical expertise in CRM configuration, plugin development, and system integrations If you re passionate about delivering scalable solutions and improving customer experiences through Dynamics 365, we d love to hear from you

Key Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Proficient in C# NET, ASP NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end customization
Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL
Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems via APIs and web services
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud solutions (preferred)
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum)
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
MCSA Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using web tools and JavaScript
Develop and deploy custom plugins and extensions using C# NET
Design integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party systems using APIs and tools like CDS / Dual-write
Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and scalable solutions
Ensure solution quality through thorough testing, debugging, and peer code reviews
Contribute to ongoing improvement of development practices and documentation
Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 capabilities and updates
