Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates to fill various positions within the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruiting platforms and techniques
- Ability to collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Willing to work in night Shifts
- We are looking for recruiters who have been working and can build relationship with the customers and consultants We are looking for a US Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our IT teams.
- Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins
- Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house database, using job portals, referrals.
- Need to have experience in end to end recruitment Experience : 1 to 2 Years into HR Recruitment as well as generalist activities for IT based companies.
- Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement.
- Knowledge in end to end recruitment life cycle, understanding manpower requirements, posting jobs, Sourcing, Scheduling Training & Development Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
- Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.
- Candidate should have the 3 to 5 years experience in HR Domain
- Candidate should have the Basic knowledge on Bench Sales and OPT internal Recruitment
