Job Description

We're looking for an experienced L3 Application Support Engineer to join our team. As an L3 engineer, you'll be responsible for addressing complex technical issues, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring system stability and reliability. Your expertise will be crucial in providing top-level support for our software applications and integrations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Product support or Application support.
• Experience in Investment banking domain .
• Its will be APAC shift ( 4.30 AM -2 PM)
• Location: Bangalore (Wilson Garden) , Hybrid -4 days in a week from office

We're looking for an experienced L3 Application Support Engineer to join our team. • Experience in handling escalations from L2 support teams, perform root cause analysis, and provide permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Experience with strong SQL , Unix scripting, debugging hands on.
• Hands on with debugging the stored procedure , writing queries.
• Good with Unix troubleshooting , at times server level basic troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
• Good experience on job scheduling tools Control M/Autosys.
• Networking commands
• Excellent Communication
• Work closely with development teams, DB teams, and performance engineering teams to provide permanent fixes and optimize solutions.
