Job Description

    The main responsibility for this position is to focus on the identification and selection of industries for expanding the FRP supply vertical. You will be tasked with identifying industries worldwide that utilize FRP in their final products to generate leads and new business. Achieving sales revenue targets for the new vertical will also be a key responsibility. Building and nurturing relationships with key influencers such as Purchase Managers and Technical Managers to support business development efforts is essential. Additionally, you will need to identify and onboard new channel partners to enhance geographical coverage for the new business vertical. Your areas of responsibility will include scanning for new business opportunities within identified industries for the supply of FRP components, generating credible business leads, and driving them towards conversion. You will play a crucial role in boosting sales for the new FRP parts supply vertical. Seeking appointments with Purchase Managers and Technical Managers, fostering relationships to foster new business development, and identifying new dealer leads through international market research to expand the channel network are all part of the job. You will also be instrumental in appointing new dealers by engaging with potential leads and ensuring successful conversions. The ideal candidate profile for this role includes a preference for industries such as Suvarna Fibrotech Pvt. Ltd., Shiv Shakti Fibre Udyog, Tribeni Fiber Pvt Ltd, Prolong Composites, Arvind Composites, Mecolam Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Fibro Grats Pvt. Ltd., among others. Candidates should have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business development within the FRP industry. An MBA in Sales & Marketing is a requirement, while a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering would be considered an added advantage. Strong communication skills, the ability to persuade and convert leads, a positive attitude, self-motivation, proficiency in desk research, and a results-oriented mindset are all desirable traits for this role. This is a full-time position that entails a day shift schedule. Candidates will be asked about their domestic or international experience during the application process. Prior experience of 2 years in Fibre Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is preferred for this role, and the work location will be in person.,
