Job Description

Support the business and automation testing activities throughout various project phases, ensuring timely execution and defect identification. Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements, monitor issues, and provide regular updates. Develop and maintain PowerPoint presentation packs for reporting, project updates, and stakeholder communication. Assist in recognizing opportunities to automate processes using tools and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and coordination. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a business testing or automation testing environment. Possess a strong grasp of the project lifecycle. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Experience in automation tools or AI-led process enhancement, as well as Power BI knowledge, is beneficial. Exhibit excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Demonstrate a strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
