- You will utilize your expertise to design and construct intricate applications using Ruby on Rails, Postgres, MongoDB, and Python. Your primary responsibilities will include creating impressive features for our web application using Ruby on Rails, Python, Postgres, and MongoDB. It is essential to maintain high-quality code by conducting code reviews, testing, and implementing continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes. Collaboration with fellow developers, product owners, and designers is crucial to develop a user experience that surpasses our competitors. Additionally, you will contribute to the application's architecture and design to ensure scalability, maintainability, and optimal performance. Leading code reviews, enforcing best practices, and maintaining high-quality code standards across the team are also part of your role. You will be responsible for managing a team of developers, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely project delivery. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience working with Ruby on Rails, Postgres, MongoDB, and Python. Proficiency in design and architecture is essential as we value the craftsmanship of our code. Strong familiarity with CI/CD practices and Agile development methodologies is required. Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, strong communication skills, and the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are all essential qualities we are looking for in our ideal candidate.
