Job Description
- This is a leadership role at Cognizant where how you lead is considered as important as what you deliver. As a Program Manager at Cognizant, you will oversee, manage, and build a large Applicant Tracking System (ATS) program with a primary focus on India, potentially scaling to other countries. You will collaborate with various teams such as Talent Acquisition Group (TAG), Talent Supply Chain (TSC), and Operations to drive business outcomes. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage projects in the Talent Acquisition domain, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business objectives. - Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and prioritize business requirements. - Develop and execute project roadmap, defining scope, streamlining business processes, and managing resources effectively. - Drive the use of AI and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency. - Mentor and guide business analysts and project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications: - 15+ years of experience in IT and business/industry. - 5-7 years of leadership responsibilities. - Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams. - Experience with project management methodologies. - Ability to work in a matrix organization and collaborate with team members and functional experts. Education: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field. - MBA will be an added advantage. In this role, you are expected to consistently demonstrate the Cognizant Way to Lead by operating with Personal Leadership, Organizational Leadership, and Business Leadership principles. Your ability to balance business priorities with technical requirements, foster communication and collaboration among stakeholders, and drive projects to success will be crucial for this role.,
