Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to enhance brand presence & product awareness.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis & identify new opportunities.
- Create marketing collaterals, trade promotions & retail activations.
- Engage ophthalmologists, optometrists via engaging social media and other activities.
- Support sales with lead generation campaigns & localised store level initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROI & provide actionable insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA/PG in Marketing or Healthcare Management preferred.
- 6-10 years experience in ophthalmic/optical/pharma/healthcare marketing.
- Strong understanding of ophthalmic ecosystem & trade marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, brand strategy & stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation & multi-project management skills.
