Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Contract Telemarketing (No Sales)

Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to the clients new vertical.
Share details and promotional information with customers via WhatsApp.
Register customer interest and maintain accurate communication records.
Build rapport with customers and ensure a professional interaction at all times.
Support the team by providing feedback and insights from customer conversations.
Adhere to daily calling targets and reporting requirements.
