Job Description
- The Ayurvedic/BHMS Doctor Clinical Assistant position at Esha IVF Clinic in Hyderabad is a full-time role suitable for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience, although freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. As an Ayurvedic or BHMS doctor joining our fertility team, you will collaborate closely with fertility specialists, contributing significantly to patient care, coordination, and communication throughout their treatment journey. Your responsibilities will include gathering comprehensive patient histories encompassing medical, fertility, lifestyle, and emotional aspects, as well as maintaining accurate and current patient records. In addition, you will play a crucial role in supporting doctors during various clinical procedures such as IUI, embryo transfers, follicular scans, among others, ensuring proper procedure preparation and post-procedure care. Educating patients and obtaining informed consents, explaining treatment packages and costs, as well as facilitating follow-up calls post-procedures to monitor emotional well-being are also part of the role. Conducting daily duty rounds, interacting with inpatients, providing updates to the lead doctor, ensuring continuity of care, addressing patient needs, and building strong relationships with patients to deliver personalized care are key aspects of this position. The ideal candidate should hold a BAMS/BHMS degree and be registered with the respective state councils. Strong communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi are preferred, along with qualities such as being smart, empathetic, and presentable. The ability to multitask, handle emotional patients delicately, and have a basic understanding of fertility treatment or a willingness to learn are also desirable.
