    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for solar projects.
    • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
    • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop targeted marketing strategies.
    • Provide training and support to junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

    • A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 5 to 8 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the solar energy or renewable energy sector.
    • Strong skills in sales reporting, contract management, and client relationship management.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business development strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
    • Willingness to work on-site in Surat or Ahmedabad, with a day schedule.
    • A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to sustainability.
