JD Operation Manager-EUS

Experience - 4- 6 Years

• Manage and supervise the workforce, including task allocation, setting deadlines, and monitoring performance.
• Having experience on leading a team of Maximum 20 people.
• Team Lead experience is must.
• L2 Support is required.
• Ensuring efficient utilization of resources to meet service levels
• Manage ongoing end user requests and act as a point of escalation
• Prepare and share status reports
• Prepare and share Weekly/Monthly Project reports
• Reporting the progress of ongoing tasks at regular intervals to the Client

.Ensure compliances as per SLA

• ITSM/ITOM tool management
• Experience on MIS Reports.
• Immediate joiners are the preference.
