Location: Pune (Hybrid 2 days/week from client Pune office)
Experience: 10-15 Years

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Architect to lead the XXXX for one of our key client. This is a high-impact leadership role that blends deep technical knowledge with strategic engagement, focused on enabling world-class contact center and customer experience solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical charter of the XXXX.
- Act as the primary technical advisor and trusted partner for client stakeholders
- Guide and mentor engineering teams and contractors deployed across various projects.
- Provide architectural leadership for new initiatives, including building Proofs of Concept (POCs).
- Collaborate with delivery, product, and business teams to ensure scalable, secure, and performant solutions.
- Help standardize frameworks, tools, and best practices across teams and engagements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade solutions.
- Strong understanding of Contact Center, Workforce Engagement Management (WEM), and Customer Experience domains.
- Solid background in core development technologies such as:
- Java / .NET
- Python / Node.js
- Modern UI frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
- Experience in leading POCs, technical workshops, and cross-functional solutioning discussions.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly.
- Experience mentoring and guiding technical teams across projects.
Work Model:
- Hybrid work setup: minimum 2 days/week from client office .
