Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python backend code
- Develop and maintain user-facing features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React/Vue/Angular)
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and data models
- Collaborate with frontend and design teams for seamless user experiences
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security
- Ensure testing, debugging, and version control are well-managed
- Participate in architecture and code review discussions
- Support deployment and CI/CD pipeline processes
- Implement best practices for data protection and system reliability
- Provide technical guidance when needed and contribute to a collaborative work culture.
Required Skills:
- 56 years of hands-on experience in Python and Django (or Flask)
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and REST APIs
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB)
Experience with Redis, Celery, and asynchronous task queues
Comfortable working with Git, Docker, and deployment on AWS or similar platforms
Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security principles
Strong debugging, unit testing, and documentation skills
Ability to write database schemas that support business logic
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Preferred (Nice to Have):
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions
Familiarity with Agile development practices
Exposure to microservice architecture and cloud-native development
Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design standards
