Job Title: Project Manager AI Project & Change Management

Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing AI initiatives and managing change processes within the organization. This role combines project management skills with expertise in change management to ensure successful implementation and adoption of AI technologies. The candidate will lead AI projects from inception to completion while facilitating smooth transitions and minimizing resistance to change.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead AI projects and initiatives from planning to execution.
- Develop and implement change management strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI projects with business goals.
- Monitor and report on project progress and change adoption.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI projects and change processes.
- Provide training and support to ensure successful change adoption.
- Develop and maintain documentation for AI projects and change processes.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in AI and change management.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management and change processes.
