Job Description

Should have in depth knowledge of Retail or Corporate/SME lending/Islamic Lending domain covering one or more business streams - Auto Loans, Commercial Vehicle Loans, TW Loans, Home Loans, , Personal Loans, Working Capital, Term Loans, Dealer Funding, Gold Loan, Education Loan, Co Lending; its sourcing, underwriting, Servicing and delinquency management processes.

Should have awareness of banking concepts, regulatory requirements, and compliances applicable for Banks and NBFCs.
Should have prior experience in conducting Requirement Gathering & Analysis, Business Process Mapping, Value Workshops and Product Demonstrations for lending products.
Should be experienced in conducting Business Process Discussion, Customer Training as well as Post Production Support
Should have intermediate to high proficiency level while working on MS Excel, Jira & Visio.
Should be ready to travel as per project requirements.
Should have good communications (reading & writing) and client interaction skills.
Should have Exposure to AI/ML or data-driven decisioning systems?

Requirements

Ensuring customer satisfaction by pitching right solutions, showing and explaining value of products to clients, requirement to product mapping
Detailed knowledge of Retail and Commercial Banking domain
Perform system configurations, create requirement, and process mapping documents.
Work with development team to determine solution and technical approach for the requirements in implementation of the product.
Willingness for Travel for Trainings
Good command over written and verbal communication in English
Should demonstrate Out of the Box thinking and willing to work in tight deadlines
Knowledge of Lending life cycle
Well-groomed/presentable
Good at interpersonal skills
Stakeholder management
