Job Description

• Understand clients business planning & performance management processes and related business requirements; communicate with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner.
• Help Solution Architect Translate end state business and technology models into solution blueprints.
• Ability to understand solution blueprint and execute it
• Deliver quality code with no defects and using best practices
• Ability to self-manage time across competing priorities for optimal results.
• Work closely and harmoniously with both business users and IT personnel on projects.
• Strong expertise and deep understanding of multi-dimensional modelling
• Expert skills of Excel spreadsheet modelling, macros, pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.
• Excellent communication and soft skills.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodology.
• Ability to Work individually or lead a small group
• Ability to work in DevOps model

Domain & Technical Background

• Domain expertise in area of Sales Performance Management with hands on experience in terms end to end system implementation for direct or indirect sales channel
• Strong understanding of data/integration with customer source systems (ERP, CRM, APS, etc.).

Required

• Bachelors Degree - Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics
• 4 years relevant experience on Varicent tool
• 4 years of consulting/implementation prior experience with on premise systems such as SAP BPC, IBM Cognos TM1, Oracle Hyperion etc.
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Delivered projects for large multi-national companies across the globe
