Silverlink Technologies is Hiring ....Position: Lead / Recruitment Manager / Delivery Lead (PAN India /Domestic Staffing)
Experience: 8-15yrs
Location: Pune (Pride icon ,Kharadi )
Salary: Open to Discuss.Roles and Responsibilities:
-Handling a team of 3 to 8 recruiters
- Expertise in IT requirements (Fulltime/Permanent positions working experience is mandatory)
- Experience working with Infosys client FTE is an added advantage.
- Should have experience working with implementation partners majorly.
- Interacting with client like daily bases.
- Keep a track of requirements distributed and get the output from the team on a timely basis.
- Have daily, weekly, monthly calls with the team to achieve given team targets
- Down the line also handles clients in term of account management & client interaction to achieve deadlines
- Validate profiles sent by team and forward to the client accordingly
- Follow ups with client in terms of interview schedules, selections and rejection (along with reason for rejection) & arrange backup profiles accordingly
- Excellent communication skills
