Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing & Campaign Management: Lead omnichannel campaigns, oversee automation and lead nurturing, optimize MQL to SAL transitions.
• Content & Brand Management: Develop thought leadership, sales enablement, and campaign content. Ensure brand consistency.
• Website Optimization: Own content strategy, UX improvements, and SEO initiatives. Lead website enhancements in coordination with tech teams.
• Field Marketing & Events: Plan and execute events, trade shows, and webinars. Manage ROI-driven follow-up campaigns.
• Analyst Relations: Build relationships with research firms, manage briefings, and utilize analyst insights for market positioning.
• Reporting & Analytics: Maintain dashboards, track KPIs (ROMI, CPL, CAC), and implement A/B testing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field; MBA or Masters preferred
• 10+ years B2B marketing experience in technology/professional services
• Hands-on with HubSpot, Google Analytics, CMS (e.g., WordPress), and CRM platforms
• Knowledge of ABM, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and international campaign management
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Must-Have

• Content development and brand management.
• Marketing metrics, KPIs, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics and CRM systems.
• Strategic thinking with execution capability.
• Project and budget management.
• Data-driven decision making.

Good-to-Have

• Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) platforms.
• Certifications in HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar.
• Knowledge of global campaign management.
• Familiarity with compliance regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Basic HTML/CSS and web development familiarity.
