Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer (Backend-Focused)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing robust application architectures, integrating systems, and driving technical excellence across the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design architecture for applications, system interactions, and integrations with external platforms.
- Automate deployment processes and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, design patterns, tools, and platforms for application development.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them to improve system performance and development practices.
- Guide and mentor the development team, ensuring technical alignment and quality delivery.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide technical justifications.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core.
- Proficient in Azure services including migrations, Service Bus, File Storage, and Key Vaults.
- Skilled in Entity Framework, Ajax, jQuery, and SQL Server.
- Experience in developing WCF, Web APIs, Web Services, Windows Services, and Console Applications.
- Familiarity with third-party tools such as DevExpress.
- Expertise in T-SQL and performance tuning of large-scale databases.
- Rich experience in developing multi-threaded applications.
Process & Communication:
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and development processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid technical foundation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with client technical teams, evaluate approaches, and provide clear justifications.
