Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Automation Engineer - QE to join our dynamic team at R Systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automation testing, along with expertise in C#, FLAUI, and Selenium. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust automation testing solutions using C#, FLAUI, and Selenium.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define testing strategies.
- Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Perform thorough testing and analysis to identify defects and ensure high product quality.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Mentor and guide junior automation engineers in best practices and testing methodologies.
- Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to automation testing.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in automation testing and quality engineering.
- Strong proficiency in C#, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Hands-on experience with FLAUI for UI automation testing.
- Proficient in using Selenium for web application testing.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
