Job Description
Required Skills & Experience
- 7-10 years in IT/software project management.
- Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC.
- Experience in BFSI domain.
- Proficient in Jira, Trello, and QA processes.
- Familiar with CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Skilled in multitasking and delivering under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Manage end-to-end projects within scope, time, and budget.
- Track goals and progress using tools like Jira/Trello.
- Coordinate across teams and resolve issues promptly.
Agile Execution
- Implement Scrum/Kanban; lead stand-ups, planning, retros, etc.
- Drive continuous process improvements.
Stakeholder Management
- Gather requirements and align with client goals.
- Provide updates and handle escalations effectively.
Team Leadership
- Support and mentor teams for high performance.
- Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
