Managecalendar of when commission payouts are due and proactively communicate withall stakeholders (Sales, Program Management, Finance, Accounts Payable, HR) inorder to meet deadlines
Prepare andpresent commission statements to plan participants.
Distributemonthly sales and program management reports as assigned by manager.
Participatein the preparation of new plan designs as assigned by manager. Model financial impact of plan designchanges.
Keep cleanand organized inventory of all volume rebates, revenue share, efficiencycredits, transition credits and all special contractual terms for all MSPs thatrequire payouts.
Keep track ofeffective dates, expiration dates, and when payments are due.
Managecalendar of when incentive payments are due and coordinate with all keystakeholders (Program Management, Finance, Accounts Payable, Shared Services)to meet deadlines.
Preparemonthly accrual estimates for all MSP contractual incentives.
- Calculate quarterly actual payouts and compare with accruals
- In calculating quarterly payouts, coordinate with all key stakeholders and prepare statements for review and approval by SVP Finance and CFO.
- Participate in presentation with sales and program management teams when needed to explain incentive calculations.
RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:
- BachelorDegree in finance or business administration or accounting required. MasterDegree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience working with a US based organization, preferably in an FP&A department as an analyst or in a sales operations role.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Solid command of the English language with excellent interpersonal skills being able to present financials to a non-financial audience.
- Superior technical skills with all Microsoft suite applications with heavy emphasis in excel
- Scope, Build and Develop powerful reporting tools that consume and analyze large data sets using SQL, Microsoft Excel, PowerPivot
- Knowledge and understanding of basic accrual accounting
- Familiarity and/or working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting systems
- Prior experience in designing commission plans and working in sales operations capacity preferred
