Primary Skills :
Should have a total Experience of 8+ years Should have hands-on application development/programming experience (Any programming language. Java is preferable) Should have a fair idea on Cloud and latest technologies Should have experience in handleing GCC Accounts Should have at-least 2+ years Project management experience Should have experience handling teams of more that 10+ members Should be Diligent in documentation Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Should possess strong Oral and Written communication skills and effectively communicate with global teams Strong interpersonal skills and resourceful Should be a quick learner and go-getter Ability to deliver projects on time, within budget and scope to a high quality Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically Organizational and time management skills. Responsibilities :
Handle complete project management lifecycle for small to medium size/complexity projects. Co-ordinate with Recruitment, Account Management functions on day to day basis on Client Staffing needs Co-ordinate with client POCs on staffing requirements Effectively manage up to date records for daily operational transactions with other functions Technically understand the Job description and ensure that candidates with the right fitment are submitted to the client Manage Team performance and effective communication
