Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite

What Youll Do:
- Own the complete design lifecycle from concept, wireframes, and prototypes to beautiful final UI for mobile and web.
- Collaborate in cross-functional squads with designers, researchers, developers, and product owners to bring ideas to life.
- Conduct user testing and UX assessments, turning insights into user-validated flows.
- Lead the visual identity and interaction patterns across screens while ensuring brand and accessibility alignment.
- Present your work with clarity, defend your decisions, and integrate constructive feedback gracefully.
- Help shape the design culture and mindset across teams.
Who We're Looking For:
Must-Have Qualifications:
Educational background in Design: Bachelor's or Master's in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or equivalent.
8+ years of experience in UX/UI or digital product design, ideally for web and mobile apps.
Strong grasp of human-centered design, UX strategy, and interaction design principles.
Proficiency with modern tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision etc.
Excellent communication skills you're a storyteller and a listener.
A portfolio that shows more than pretty screens we want to see problems solved, journeys designed, and users impacted.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in banking or financial services (a strong advantage).
- Exposure to GCC region digital ecosystems.
- Familiarity with design systems, accessibility, or motion design.
