Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide them with suitable candidate options.
Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their technical skills and cultural fit.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for permanent staffing roles within domestic market.
Candidate should have good stability(minimum 3 years in present or previous company.
Candidate should have strong experience working on Fulltime Hiring/Perm hiring's.
Candidate should ready work from office( We do not have hybrid or remote option)
