Location: Chennai & Remote

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced and passionate Senior MERN Stack Developer to lead the development of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with a strong understanding of modern development practices, architecture, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
- Architect scalable and maintainable solutions with clean and efficient code.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
- Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across platforms.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain coding standards.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
- Manage deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management (Redux, Context API), and component-based design.
- Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD tools, and agile development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure as code.
- Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and logging frameworks.
