Manual Test Lead - Job Description 4- 6 years of experience in Manual Testing of Web and Windows Based Applications. Testing Web Based Applications Experience is a must. Must know SQL queries so as to see interaction of Frontend Application with Database. Must have good Aptitude and Understanding of Business Logic of Websites. Must be able to handle Team of Testers, be hands- on and help the team in Testing. Understand the Requirements thoroughly and should be able to build all Test Cases for different types of scenarios and based on business logic. Must be able to make Effort Estimation Sheets for QA Phase and make sure the team completes Testing Phase on time. Must know how to review Test Cases, How to Review Test Case Executions and should know how to give Defect Giving Sessions with the Developers and Testers. Must be able to create various environments needed for various type of Testing. Technical Skills:

Must have good experience in both Manual and Automated Testing Should be able to review Test Cases, Test Cases Execution Reports, Must be able to make Test Plan Must be able to handle all phases of testing and able to deliver Testing Phase on Time Should have good sql queries knowledge to do database testing , database performance testing Soft Skills:

Must have experience in handling team of Testers and Mentor them as and when required. Must have good Communication Skills and should be able to work under stress and pressure. Must be able to keep team motivated and should have Leadership Skills.
