Roles & Responsibilities -
6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement ServiceNow ITSM modules including: Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Request Management Knowledge Management Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Maintain and enhance the CMDB and ensure data integrity.
Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
Provide mentorship to junior developers and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development. Strong expertise in ITSM modules and ITIL framework. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
Experience with Service Catalog, SLAs, Notifications, and Reporting.
Solid understanding of CMDB, data models, and relationships.
ServiceNow certifications such as:
Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Good to Have: Experience with Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, or Mobile App development.
Exposure to ITAM, ITOM, SecOps, HRSD, or GRC modules.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
