Job Description

• Develop and own end-to-end Salesforce testing strategies (functional, integration, regression, UAT).
• Collaborate with teams, business, and product owners to align testing activities with delivery timelines.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
• Manage test execution, defect tracking, and ensure test coverage and traceability.
• Serve as the point of contact for testing updates, risks, and issue resolution.
• Communicate testing progress, metrics, and quality status to business and technical stakeholders.
• Design and deliver testing dashboards and reports highlighting test status, defect metrics, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards, best practices, and release governance.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on testing outcomes and quality metrics.

• Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of testing activities for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
• Act as a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to Salesforce testing.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor test teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality testing outcomes and adherence to QA best practices.
• Provide clear, actionable reports and dashboards to stakeholders for informed decision-making
