Project description
  • The project is in RISK Domain which is supported by the IT team. The platform operates 24/7 supporting teams in Sydney. The platform undergoes constant change as it provides services to a number of business stakeholders. To facilitate the change a Senior Manual Tester with strong End to End testing experience is required to perform End to End Testing of the software solution. Responsibilities
  • Seeking an experienced Senior Manual Tester with strong End-to-end Testing experience. Experience managing senior-level business and technology leaders is essential. Experience with delivering a program in the Risk domain desired. This is a Bangalore-based QA role that will report to the Project Manager
  • You will work with both business users, operations support, and developers to understand requirements and develop the appropriate test approach to verify the outcome by execution of various test types & test phases.
  • Test documentation is required to be written, such as (but not limited to)
  • test plan, test cases, test completion reports.
  • Maintain and enhance existing test SQL libraries and automated processes, and regression test suite using good test practices.
  • Defect Management across all areas of the lifecycle, including regular triage meetings. Skills
  • Must have
  • 5+ years of test Analyst experience.
  • Solid understanding of Test Phases, Types of testing to be undertaken & be to perform them.
  • Risk gate assessments for entry & exit criteria. Test outputs
  • plan, cases, results, sign-off reports.
  • Experience working on writing automation scripts using Python.
  • Solid SQL skills.
  • Experience in shell scripting.
  • Knowledge of Capital markets, financial instruments, derivatives, and equities (Intermediate level)
  • JIRATest case management and issue tracking.
  • Experience working on Agile projects.
  • Nice to have
  • Banking & Capital Markets domain experience
  • Experience working on Tableau dashboard
