BASIC PURPOSE:
The Proposal Writer is responsible for sales content development, including writing, preparing and editing proposals, RFx responses, PowerPoint sales presentations, and thought-leadership collateral designed to convey Cross Countrys standing as an industry leader and secure new business and expansion opportunities.
This position requires a self-motivated, collaborative individual with excellent writing, time-management, and communication skills. The Proposal Writer will collaborate with the sales team, account teams, organizational stakeholders, and subject matter experts to develop and write original content aligned to Cross Country Healthcares brand and pursuit strategies.
The Proposal Writer must be enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, nimble environment that stays ahead of industry trends to meet clients' needs.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years business / technical writing experience.
Advanced proficiency in MS-Office suite
Workforce Solutions, MSP, RPO experience a plus
Healthcare industry experience a plus
Graphic Design skills a plus
