Technical Lead Web Technologies

Experience & Background

• At least five years of software development experience in leading consulting MNCs

with approvals to work in Malaysia

• Proven track record of architecting and implementing web solutions for complex

business problems

• Demonstrated success in mentoring diverse development teams and driving project

outcomes in consulting environments

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in JavaScript, including frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue
• Strong knowledge of backend technologies, including Node.js, Express.js, and

RESTful APIs

• Experience working with both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g.,

MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases

• Ability to leverage AI and machine learning concepts, with a keen interest in emerging

tech trends

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization tools (Docker,

Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines

• Competence in data analytics and visualization tools, such as Power BI and Tableau

• Define technical roadmaps for scalable and maintainable web architectures
• Utilize fresh, first-principles thinking to brainstorm and implement cutting-edge

solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into

technical requirements
