Job Description
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on expertise in ITSM, CSM, and HRSD modules to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to support business processes and ensure platform efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, CSM, and HRSD modules.
Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and UI policies.
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
Implement Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Case, and HR Service Delivery processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal platform performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain proper documentation of solutions, configurations, and workflows.
Adhere to best practices for coding, testing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
35 years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
Strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, and HRSD modules.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
Experience in creating and customizing workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
Knowledge of ServiceNow REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server integrations.
Familiarity with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) and upgrade management.
ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) or relevant certifications preferred.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of ITIL processes and implementation best practices.
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications (ITSM/CSM/HRSD).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
