Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform functional, integration, and regression testing of Workday Finance modules.

Validate workflows in Contacts and Billing, Invoice Processing, and Billing Scheduling.

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and end-users to gather requirements and define test cases.

Prepare test plans, test scripts, and test data aligned with project requirements.

Identify, log, and track defects to closure using defect management tools.

Ensure Workday Finance features meet compliance, accuracy, and performance standards.

Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate with stakeholders for sign-offs.

Provide documentation of test results and contribute to process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven QA experience in Workday Finance modules.

Strong knowledge of:

Transaction Initiation

Business process Routing

Accounting and Posting

Financial Reporting

Integration with Ledgers

Contacts & Billing

Invoice Processing

Billing Scheduling
