BASICPURPOSE:
Theprimary responsibility of this position is to assist with tax department reporting and compliance. Primary duties willinclude data retrieval, manipulation and reconciliation. Other duties may include assisting with thepreparation of income, gross receipts and franchise tax returns, data entry andaccount reconciliations. Works under the direction of,

and is supervised by, theTax Manager (s) and Vice President, Tax.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Monthlysales tax data retrieval and manipulation.
Annualproperty tax data retrieval and manipulation.
Datareconciliation to financial statements.
Annualstate and city income tax apportionment preparation.
Otherduties as assigned

POSITIONSCOPE:

Demonstrate company loyalty by supportingcompany goals and enforcement and modeling of company policies.
Communicate and work in a respectful, supportivemanner with all teammates.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
HighSchool diploma.
Collegebachelors degree, preferably in a Finance field.
Highlyproficient in Excel with advanced functionality such as pivot tables and lookupfunctions.
Experiencewith Great Plains, Peoplesoft and CCH billing systems.
Knowledgeof U.S. sales tax preferred, or experience with VAT preparation and filings.
