Senior Business Analyst @ Valuelabs

Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Transaction Banking Services (TBS) to manage delivery of new products and services across digital banking channels (Web, Mobile, Host-to-Host, API Banking). This role involves stakeholder management, product backlog ownership, payment domain expertise, and end-to-end solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product delivery lifecycle from requirement gathering to implementation in agile squads.
  
• Create and maintain product backlog with epics, features, and user stories.
  
• Conduct requirement analysis, usability workshops, and customer testing sessions.
  
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and test teams to ensure high-quality product releases.
  
• Work on corporate banking channels setup, onboarding, migration, and user management.
  
• Handle electronic payments processing (domestic/international) and file/message formats (SWIFT MT, ISO 20022, clearing formats).
  
• Manage stakeholder engagement, including prioritization sessions and alignment workshops.
  
• Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS and central bank regulations in relevant regions.
  
• Provide technical support for incidents, problem tickets, and customer queries.
  

Skills & Expertise Required:

• Strong domain expertise in Transaction Banking, Cash Management, and Payments.
  
• Hands-on experience with payment initiation channels, payment processing hubs, and gateways.
  
• Good knowledge of corporate onboarding, API payloads, and virtual account setups.
  
• Experience with SWIFT messages (MT, MX) and local clearing formats (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, ACH, SARIE, SADAD, etc.).
  
• Ability to manage product backlog, refinement, sprint planning, and release planning.
  
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  
• Excellent communication and documentation capabilities.
