Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, and HRSD modules. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions, driving best practices, and mentoring junior developers. This role requires advanced technical knowledge, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, and HRSD modules.
Provide end-to-end technical ownership including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
Architect and customize workflows, forms, UI actions, and integrations to optimize business processes.
Develop and maintain complex integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow coding standards, upgrade best practices, and platform governance.
Guide and mentor a team of junior developers in coding, debugging, and solution design.
Engage with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Perform platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with ITIL and organizational standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
6-8 years of ServiceNow development experience with strong focus on ITSM, CSM, HRSD.
Deep expertise in scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Service Portal, UI development, and workflow automation.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP, web services, APIs).
Experience implementing Service Catalog, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Case Management, and HRSD processes.
Hands-on experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
Certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator) is mandatory; CIS (Implementation Specialist) in ITSM/CSM/HRSD highly preferred.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to Have:
Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery.
Familiarity with ITOM, GRC, or Security Operations modules.
Experience in leading ServiceNow upgrade/migration projects.
