Job Description

You will be responsible for driving the performance and success of Partners by enabling lead conversions, ensuring new customer acquisition, and supporting overall partner growth. You are results-driven and excited about growing the market share of Busy Accounting Software alongside a fast-growing team.

  • New Customer Acquisition: Support Partners in converting leads into customers through timely engagement, product demos, and consultative selling
  • Partner Enablement: Train and equip partner teams with product knowledge, sales skills and demo readiness
  • Partner Development & Sales Growth: Improve performance of existing partners and increase sales per active partner through regular engagement, marketing support and sales planning
  • Digital & Multi-Source Lead Management: Drive digital acquisitions, manage leads from multiple sources and maintain MIS for tracking lead flow, demo status, and conversions.

Skill Sets / Requirements:-

  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to understand the business & requirements of the customers
  • Working experience with SME businesses
  • High achievement orientation. Takes full ownership of activities and outcomes
