Job Description
Project Manager
Position Overview:
This position is to manage implementation of eCW products and services working with clients
and internal cross-functional team. The critical aspects of this job are to manage customer
relationship, expectations, project scoping, planning, execution, assessment and closure.
Job Functions / Responsibilities:
The role of the Project Manager is to create and execute project work plans and revise plans as
needed to meet changing needs and requirements.
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
Effectively apply eClinicalWorks methodology and enforces project standards.
Ensure that the project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
Understand eClinicalWorks pricing model and billing procedures.
Identify business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a
specific project.
Facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
Hold regular status meetings with project team.
Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors.
Resolve and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
Set and manages client expectations.
Develop lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client
relationships.
Compile with and help to enforce standard policies and procedures.
Discuss business workflow with the customer.
Understand customer limitations and propose alternatives / workarounds.
Document customer requirements in an interface scope document.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree.

Should be organized.
Analytical bent of mind. Should be able to think outside the box.
Technical background is preferred but not needed.
Candidate should be technically savvy.
Should be a good listener and an effective communicator.
Should be able to inspire coworkers to attain goals and pursue excellence.
Should have good technical writing skills.
Should be a team player.
Should have good understanding of eClinicalWorks application.
Should have trained for at least 1 year.
Other Skills/Abilities:
Ability to travel 10 - 20% of the time for client site visits and company conferences
Adept at working in an agile development organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent teamwork skills
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Self-motivated and able to work with limited oversight
