- Analyze business processes and requirements specific to US Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
- Define and document business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the US P&C insurance domain.
- Support the design and implementation of insurance systems and solutions.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Monitor regulatory changes impacting the US P&C insurance industry and recommend necessary adjustments.
Key Responsibilities-
- Strong knowledge of US P&C insurance products, processes, and regulations.
- 510 years of experience in business analysis or consulting within the insurance domain.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
Preferred Qualifications-
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or insurance (e.g., CPCU, AINS).
- Experience with US P&C insurance systems and platforms.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in InsurTech and digital transformation within the US P&C insurance market.
Educational Background-
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field (Masters preferred).
- Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving approach. - Adaptability to changing business environments and priorities.
