Job Description

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales operations of Hyderabad location. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, fostering a high-performance sales team, and ensuring overall branch profitability. The role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of sales processes.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed branch sales targets.
  • Provide Guidance and leadership to sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set individual and team goals, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and individual growth.
  • Train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.
  • Ensure excellent customer service is consistently provided, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the Team Lead/ Assistant Team leads to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Manage the branch budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  • Analyse financial reports and market trends to make informed decisions that contribute to the financial success of the branch.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics to the executive team.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of industry and market trends.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools will be an added advantage
