We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Business Systems Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration and support, as well as other cloud-based business applications. This role will support and enhance enterprise systems across Finance, and Supply Chain, with additional responsibility for Par Excellence, EDI integrations with GHX Marketplace, Concur. esponsibilitiesupport Enterprise ERP System uild and support Workday reports and dashboards. uild and deployment of new modules/projects/enhancements hange Control process of requests through migration to Production tenants upports any application upgrades, maintenance, security, access onitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments ork directly with Client & Change Management to document business requirements articipate in Oncall rotation with team members for critical off hours issues kills
Must have + years experience in creation/modification of matrix, composite and advanced reports and dashboards across functional areas. emonstrate ability and experience in translating functional specifications into technical deliverables. ice to have xperience working in a healthcare organization or regulated industry. amiliarity with Workday business processes, security, integrations, and reporting. nowledge of Agile development practices and experience in collaborative project delivery. xposure to AI/ML capabilities in Workday or related platforms (e.g., sentiment analysis, automation triggers, smart suggestions). nderstanding of Workday release management and feature enablement. b>Location - pune,mumbai,chennai,banagalore
