US engineering RecruiterPune/baroda-OnsiteTheir duties and responsibilities include:

• Understanding and identifying the companys engineering recruitment needs and requirements
• Developing and implementing strategies to source potential candidates
• Using job boards, social networks, and other professional platforms to attract prospective candidates
• Screening and reviewing resumes and applications for suitability
• Conducting initial interviews to assess applicants technical knowledge, soft skills and cultural fit
• Coordinating interview process with engineering hiring managers
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
• Staying up-to-date on current recruiting methods and industry trends
• Providing regular updates and feedback to hiring managers
• Negotiating job offers and onboarding new hires
• Maintaining a database of potential future candidates
