We are hiring Senior IT Recruiter /Lead Recruiter UK/EU

Position: Senior IT Recruiter/Lead UK/EU
Location: Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Baroda

Using social media (websites and LinkedIn for resource screening), attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers.
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn.

Candidate must have strong hands on experience working on FTE positions for Europe region.

Should have strong experience working with clients.

Worked on European region would be great Advantage.
Checking the suitability of applicants and coordinating with Team lead about the profile before submitting their details to the client.
Explaining the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job and the role and negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing it with the candidate
Must have good knowledge and understanding on IT, Technologies
Coordinating with the candidate and client about the interview
Have a good understanding of IT and related areas

Preferred candidate profile:

Specify required role expertise, previous job experience, or relevant certifications.
