Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager Business Analysis & Project Delivery to lead a team of 7 Business Analysts based in our Bangalore office. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our offshore BA team and onshore Product Owners, ensuring seamless communication, strategic alignment, and agile delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of agile methodologies, and the ability to translate business strategy into actionable delivery plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 7 Business Analysts.
- Build team capabilities across product knowledge, technical acumen, and soft skills.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Strategic Alignment & Delivery
- Understand and interpret the strategic direction of the US-based business.
- Translate strategic goals into delivery plans for the offshore team.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and agile execution.
- Agile Process & Communication
- Act as a conduit between offshore BAs and onshore Product Owners.
- Facilitate effective communication and knowledge transfer across geographies.
- Support PI planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies as needed.
- Operational Excellence
- Identify and resolve team dynamics and delivery blockers.
- Develop and implement best practices, templates, and models for story development.
- Drive process efficiency and consistency across agile teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, agile delivery, or product management.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a global delivery model (US-India collaboration preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Agile frameworks.
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
